Liz Stenhouse

Liz Stenhouse is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in customer experience and technology operations. Currently serving as the Sr Director of Operations Strategy at Zillow, Liz has previously held the position of Sr Director for Technology Operations and Platform Success at Expedia Group. Liz's extensive experience includes roles at Comcast, where responsibilities spanned from Vice President of Customer Experience Strategy and Operations to Sr Director of User Experience and Automation. Prior roles at Amazon and DIRECTV focused on customer success and retention, while earlier career milestones at Sento and Frontier Communications involved operational leadership in customer care. Liz holds an MBA in Finance from Washington State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from New Mexico State University.
