Carlos Pedevila

Carlos Pedevila has extensive experience in senior management roles, primarily at 3M since June 2011, where responsibilities have included global portfolio management and marketing strategies within the Safety & Industrial Business Group. Notable positions include Sr Director for Global Portfolio Flexible Abrasives and Sr Director at the LATAM Marketing Center, where growth and demand generation capabilities were developed. Prior to 3M, Carlos held the position of Marketing Director at Inmobiliaria Aconcagua and served in various marketing leadership roles at SC Johnson, focusing on developing markets in regions such as APAC, LA, and Africa. Carlos Pedevila holds an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and has pursued executive education at ESE - School of Management.
