Rachel McCall

Rachel McCall currently serves as the Director of Escrow Operations at Zillow, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel held multiple positions at Spruce from September 2019 to September 2023, including Head of Funding Operations and Director of Funding Operations, and Senior Manager of Post Closing. Rachel also gained experience as a Team Leader of Escrow at Amrock from February 2018 to August 2019 and as a Team Leader Escrow at Title Source from January 2013 to August 2019, where Rachel also served as Team Captain of HUD Review and Final Policy.
