Deepak Soundararajan

Deepak Soundararajan is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in embedded systems, particularly in wireless and networking technologies. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering for the WiFi division at Zilogic Systems, Deepak leads initiatives in Carrier and Home gateway solutions and has contributed significantly to RDKB, OpenWrt, and prpl projects, as well as developing test automation strategies. Previous roles include Technologist and Architect-Systems, focusing on embedded application development, product architecture, and improving project methodologies. Deepak has also consulted for multiple companies such as MaxLinear, Qubercomm Technologies, Visteon Corporation, Qualcomm, and VVDN Technologies, offering expertise in Linux architecture, systems design, and network device engineering. Deepak holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Kongu Engineering College.
