Sergey Alekseev

Sergey Alekseev is a Mechanical Design Engineer currently working at ZIM Aircraft Seating since May 2023, where responsibilities include developing new aircraft passenger seat layouts and designing seat components, along with preparing technical drawings and certification documentation. Prior experience includes roles at Dresden Aerospace AG as a Developing Engineer focused on hovercraft projects, and at AMTES as an Aircraft Lead Design Engineer, where Sergey contributed to the design of aircraft structures and repair documentation for airworthiness. Sergey also worked with Volga-Dnepr Group on the retrofitting of the AN-124-100 "Ruslan," as well as held design engineering positions at Tucana Engineering, Progresstech Ltd, Moscow Boeing Design Center, and State Research Institute NAMI. Sergey holds a Master of Engineering degree in Ground Vehicle Systems from Moscow State Automobile and Road Technical Institute, earned in 2001.
