Victor B. currently serves as the Head of Project Engineering at ZIM Aircraft Seating since March 2020, overseeing construction teams and coordinating project resources for the development of aircraft seats and components. With a strong background in technical leadership, Victor has previously held roles including Teamleader Engineering and Teamleiter Konstruktion at ASW-Maschinenbau, where responsibilities included managing international teams and executing specialized machinery projects. Earlier experience includes a position as a Design Engineer at OJSC “MINSK MOTOR PLANT,” focusing on the design and analysis of diesel engine parts. Victor holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in internal combustion engines from Belarusian National Technical University.
