Enrique A. Simancas

Enrique A. Simancas, CPA, CIA, MSc, currently serves as CFO for ZIM Integrated Shipping Services in Venezuela, a leading cargo shipping company. With extensive experience in finance and business development, Enrique has held key positions including FP&A and Tax Compliance Leader/Manager at SimpleTV and Business Development Manager in the M&A Division of Rosneft, where strategic project evaluations took place across Latin America. Enrique’s previous roles include Corporate CFO at Grupo SEEI and CFO at Cencozotti S.A., along with financial leadership positions at Schneider Electric, Yum! Brands, Chevron, and Baker Hughes. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Natural Gas Business Management and a Master's in Finance, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance.
