Jennifer Zamarin

Jennifer Zamarin is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at ZIM Integrated Shipping Services since January 2023. Previously, Zamarin held the position of Manager of Talent Development at Operation Smile from August 2021 to January 2022, where collaboration with global leaders facilitated the creation of leadership and management training programs. Prior experience includes over a decade at the NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) as an Organization Development & Training Specialist, responsible for developing corporate training curricula and managing mandatory programs for a global workforce exceeding 14,000 employees. Zamarin holds a certification in Professional Human Resource Management from Old Dominion University.
