Parvinder Kohli

Parvinder Kohli has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over multiple companies. Currently, they are the Head of HR (India) at ZIM Integrated Shipping Services since March 2021. Previously, they worked at Brandscapes Worldwide as AVP HR, overseeing various HR activities such as recruitment, employee engagement, and monthly reporting to senior management. Parvinder also served as AVP - Human Resources at Yes Bank Ltd, where they were responsible for HR policies, recruitment, benefits databases, and HR budget administration. Before that, Parvinder worked at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance as a Manager HR, contributing to hiring decisions and implementing standardized disciplinary procedures. Parvinder also held positions as HR Manager at Nicholas Piramal Healthcare and HR Officer at Idealake Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd, where they developed employee handbooks, managed HR databases, and implemented recruitment strategies and incentive programs.

Parvinder Kohli completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Commerce from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey (SNDT) Women's University in Mumbai between 2000 and 2002. Parvinder then pursued a Masters in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Jankidevi Bajaj Institute of Management Studies from 2002 to 2004.
