Parvinder Kohli completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Commerce from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey (SNDT) Women's University in Mumbai between 2000 and 2002. Parvinder then pursued a Masters in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Jankidevi Bajaj Institute of Management Studies from 2002 to 2004.
