Yulia Shteinberg

Yulia Shteinberg has accumulated extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Project Leader at ZIM Integrated Shipping Services since September 2016, where responsibilities include defining job requirements, leading recruitment processes, and managing assessment activities. Previously, Yulia held the positions of Global Talent Acquisition Specialist and Recruitment Coordinator at the same company. Earlier experience includes serving as a Recruitment Team Leader at AtidByisum, overseeing a team of three recruitment coordinators and managing the full recruitment lifecycle, as well as working as a Recruitment and Placement Consultant specializing in engineering and logistics. Yulia holds a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from the University of Haifa and a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Max Stern Yezreel Valley College.
