The Technical Services Team at ZIMRA is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing technological solutions that support the Authority’s revenue collection and accounting operations. Their duties include software development, infrastructure administration, systems support, and providing legislative, rulings, and interpretations assistance to ensure efficient and secure tax administration processes.
