Tammy Kemp has extensive experience in various administrative roles, primarily within the hospitality and technical sectors. Currently serving as Technical Administrator in the ICT Department of Zimbali Estate Management Association since April 2012, Tammy is transitioning from the Security Technical Department. Previous roles include Technical Administrator for Security, Access Control, and Operations Department, where responsibilities included database management, staff training, protocol improvements, and effective communication with stakeholders. Prior to joining ZEMA, Tammy held management positions at Al Fresco’s Restaurant and Heatherdale Guest Lodge. Tammy's career began in retail and office administration, and includes certifications in Customer Service Excellence and Events Management.
