Nancy Kennedy, CEP, CCP, SPHR, has extensive experience in total rewards and human resources, holding key positions in prominent organizations. At Zimmer Biomet, Nancy serves as the Senior Director of Total Rewards and HR M&A. Prior to this role, Nancy was the Director of Total Rewards and HR Employee Services at Raytheon Technologies and also served as Senior Manager in the same department at Raytheon.
