Scott Caudill

Scott Caudill is an accomplished Information Technology leader with extensive experience in the medical device and technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology and Business Transformation at Zimmer Biomet since May 2010, Scott is responsible for IT Strategy and Operations across the US, Canada, and Latin America, overseeing a $5B Global Business Unit. Previously, Scott held various leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, including WW Director of Information Technology for DePuy Orthopedics and Executive Director positions focusing on Process Excellence and Data Science. Scott's early career includes experience as Manager of IT at AlliedSignal and service as a Sergeant in the US Army. Academically, Scott earned both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia, specializing in Management Information Systems and Finance.
