Walter Smith

Walter Smith is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in global infrastructure services and IT strategy. Currently serving as Vice President of Global IT Infrastructure Services at Zimmer Biomet since August 2011, Walter has previously held leadership roles at HCL America, Inc. and AMD, where responsibilities included managing regional service delivery, overseeing IT infrastructure and project management, and leading initiatives in enterprise architecture. Walter's career began in systems architecture and data services at Harris Corporation and technical roles at Advanced Micro Devices. Walter holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business.
