Mandar Shahane

Mandar Shahane serves as the Product Development Head for Intralogistics & Automation at Zimmer Group since April 2018, leading the entire product lifecycle from concept through market launch and post-launch optimization. Responsibilities include benchmarking, conducting freedom to operate/intellectual property research, and performing product risk analysis. Prior experience includes roles as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Zimmer Automation LLP and as a Design Engineer at both Güdel Group and Grasp Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Mandar Shahane holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Design from RSCOE, Pune, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Babasaheb Naik Engineering College, Pusad.
