Mr. Sullivan joined ZAI in 2013, bringing more than 25 years of leadership and expertise in areas of record, system and project management with a focus on process improvement. As a Division Manager, Mr. Sullivan provides corporate-level oversight for the work at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). He directly supports customer-facing operations to ensure he apply ZAI’s high standards to the FDA work, create an environment of positive engagement for the staff, and provide continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. In addition, he champions ZAI’s ISO 9001 program, and led the transformation and certification under the current ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Prior to coming to ZAI, Mr. Sullivan spent several years at SAIC, working with the U.S. Navy’s Director of Records, after many years with commercial corporations in several industries across a variety of project management, business analysis, and software lifecycle development positions.
Mr. Sullivan holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Akron in Accounting, which he admits was never used as planned – instead becoming enamored with an up and coming industry – generically referred to as “computers.”
