Jeff Frederick

Mr. Frederick has been with ZAI since 2009, and has more than 25 years of success in delivering technical, service, and operational improvements for multi-million dollar companies. As CIO of ZAI, Mr. Frederick provides comprehensive systems operation, security control, and technical leadership for the corporate infrastructure and more than 800 employees.

Before coming to ZAI, Mr. Frederick spent many years at Excel Group, leaving there as the company’s Chief Technology Officer after providing program leadership for all technical operations, including computer and data systems, communications, and security. During his tenure at Excel, Mr. Frederick collaborated on multiple technical and service improvements that resulted in sales growth from $300K annually to $12M annually. Prior to working with Excel, Mr. Frederick’s early career was spent as a Systems Analyst, Programmer, and Network Specialist on contracts serving government and Defense clients.

Mr. Frederick has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from James Madison University.
