Collin Bhiza

Collin Bhiza currently serves as the Training Superintendent at Zimplats since July 2019. Prior to this role, Collin worked at Industrial Psychology Consultants (Pvt) Ltd from October 2010 to June 2019, where Collin held various positions including Manager, Human Resources Consulting and Human Resources Manager, overseeing a team of 13 Consultants and managing multiple projects. Responsibilities included project management, performance management, and the execution of HR best practices. Collin's experience also spans roles as Executive Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Data Collector, with a strong focus on organizational design, employee engagement, and research dissemination in the HR field. Collin holds a B.Soc.Sc. in Economics and Sociology from Africa University, completed in 2010.
