Tracy Kosiarek

Tracy Kosiarek is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, project management, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as Head of Customer and Partner Operations at Phenix Scheduling and Principal Consultant at Zinata Inc., Tracy has successfully led New Product Development processes while achieving significant savings and operational improvements at various organizations, including Competitive Capabilities International and Procter & Gamble. Tracy's leadership roles also include serving as President of the Alliance Française de Cincinnati and managing transformative initiatives in supply chain operations through a career that started in the US Navy. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the United States Naval Academy.
