Anna Abzianidze

Anna Abzianidze is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Head of Innovation and Learning Lab at Zinc Network since December 2020, focusing on the USAID Information Integrity Program. As a Partner and Development Coach at ICF Georgia Charter Chapter since April 2018, Anna has been instrumental in designing strategic projects for high-impact outcomes. Co-founding Cars4Rent.ge in February 2014, Anna achieved a 60% ROI increase through innovative business strategies and data-driven solutions. Anna has also held roles such as Innovations Specialist at Lancaster University Management School and Research Project Manager at ACT, overseeing projects across multiple countries. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management from Lancaster University and an MBA from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
