Sofia Llahana

Sofia Llahana is currently a ZincVC Tech Innovation Fellow at ZINC since September 2023. With extensive experience in clinical academia, Sofia serves as a Clinical Lecturer and Senior Lecturer in Advanced Clinical Practice at City, University of London, while holding the position of Honorary Consultant Nurse in Endocrinology. Key contributions include developing nurse-led services in endocrinology and spearheading research and teaching initiatives at University College London Hospitals. Sofia has actively participated in strategic decision-making, mentoring, and teaching within the healthcare sector, and has held leadership roles in various organizations, such as the European Society of Endocrinology. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Human Computer Interaction Design from City, University of London, and a Doctorate in Nursing from Ulster University.
