Tonia Dabwe

Tonia Dabwe is a seasoned consultant and founder with extensive experience in strategic advisory, project management, and policy development, primarily for business and public sector clients across Europe and the US. Currently serving as the Founder and Senior Consultant at SoVenture since July 2014, Tonia also holds multiple advisory roles including Member of The Supervisory Board at Unieke Thuiszorg and Zinder, and Founder of Guide My Growth, which supports small and medium businesses in Africa and South Asia. Tonia founded the Mineke Foundation, focusing on economic independence for Liberian women and youth. Previous roles include Project Manager and Policy Advisor at the Province of Overijssel, and Policy Advisor positions at the Province of North Holland, alongside consultancy at Combined Business Power BV. Tonia holds master's degrees in Business Administration and Business Economics and a certificate in French literature from Université Félix Houphouët-Boigny.
