David Ghosh

David Ghosh is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success, project management, and marketing programs. David began their career at Fusion BPO Services Limited in 2005, where they held roles as Assistant Accounts Manager and Assistant Manager until 2011. In 2011, they joined ZINFI Technologies, Inc. as a Program Manager, overseeing project development and defining project scope and goals. David later progressed to the role of Sr. Program Manager, where they continued to lead project development and communication with stakeholders. In 2015, David became the Director of Marketing Programs - Americas, and in 2017, they were promoted to Director of Customer Success, managing the delivery organization for two regions. Currently, they serve as the Head of Customer Success at ZINFI Technologies, Inc. with responsibilities that include managing customer projects and collaborating with senior management and stakeholders. David is a skilled professional who has demonstrated expertise in successfully managing projects and delivering results.

David Ghosh completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics from Kolkata University from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended St Marys Orphanage & Day School from 1982 to 1994 where they completed their High School education with a focus on Science with Computers. David also holds a certification in EFSET 65 Advanced (CEFR C1) from EF Education First.
