Melissa is responsible for bringing new customers on board and helping them grow with ZINFI’s industry leading SaaS solutions. She has been a core driver in developing ZINFI’s sales processes to offer a full range ZINFI products and services to customers. She loves to help new customers learn ZINFI’s solutions but is also adept at detailed need analysis when consulting with customers for complex global deployments. Melissa works closely with all associated teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
