Since 2015, Shadan has been working at ZINFI Technologies, Inc. as a Manager for Customer Success. In this role, they have been instrumental in developing, implementing, managing, and monitoring data-driven digital marketing programs for IT and non-IT OEM vendors and their channel partners and resellers. Shadan has also been involved in customizing and setting up a marketing automation platform to meet client requirements. Shadan'sexcellent planning and budgeting skills have contributed to the successful implementation and adoption of the platform.

In November 2016, they obtained a certificate in INTRODUCTION TO QUALITY MANAGEMENT from Alison Learning, as well as a certificate in Introduction to Service Management from the same institution in October 2016.
