Jackie Jiang

Jackie Jiang is a skilled designer and product manager with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as the Founding Designer and Project Manager at Zingage since June 2025, Jackie previously contributed as the Founding Product Designer at Tennr, where the RaeLLM™ product was developed to improve communication and streamline appointments for healthcare patients. Jackie’s earlier roles include Founding Designer and PM at Mural Technologies and a dual role as Product Manager and Product Designer at Kong Inc. Jackie began a freelance career as a Product Designer before completing a Master of Science in Package Design at Pratt Institute and earning a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Art Studio from Mount Holyoke College.
