Ben Feilen

Ben Feilen has extensive experience in operations management and leadership roles in the hospitality and food industry. Ben most recently served as the Head of Operations at Zing!, where they focused on creating physical and social connections through retail experiences. Prior to that, they were the Head of Operations at CookUnity, where they played a key role in expanding the company into new markets.

Ben also served as the EVP of Operations for Reef Kitchens, overseeing operations for over 200 locations in North America. Ben has also held leadership positions at OTG Management, including Vice President of Operations for Convergence and Regional Vice President of Operations, where they managed multiple airports and hundreds of locations.

Earlier in their career, Ben worked as the Senior Vice President of Operations at CLEAR, where they successfully launched and operated locations at major airports and stadiums. Ben has also held various roles at OTG Management, including Partner, Director, and Terminal Director of Operations.

Ben's diverse background in operations and their ability to drive growth and expansion make him a valuable asset to any organization in the hospitality and food industry.

Ben Feilen served in the United States Marine Corps as a Corporal, specializing in MOS 3051. Following their military service, they attended Trenton State College, majoring in Philosophy and Eastern Religion. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Elements of Artificial Intelligence from the University of Helsinki.
