Matthew Vallance

Matthew Vallance is the current advisor at Zinia and has held many prestigious positions throughout their career. Matthew was the Managing Director at Capita Customer Management from July 2017 to October 2021. Here, they were responsible for Capita's Customer Management business which is the leading provider of end to end contact management services to organisations in the UK. Vallance has also been the Managing Director at Sutherland Global Services from March 2013 to November 2013 where they were responsible for the company’s business activities outside of the Americas, with a particular focus on Europe, Asia-Pacific and Middle East. Prior to that, they were the CEO at HGS Europe from November 2013 to July 2017 and before that they were the Managing Director at CustomerAsset Ltd from January 2000 to December 2002.

Matthew Vallance has completed an Advanced Management Programme at the Wharton School, a Diploma in Marketing at the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a BA (Hons) in European Business Studies at Buckinghamshire New University, and a Semester programme in International Business at ESC Clermont Business School.
