Bhagyashree Dhanuka

Bhagyashree Dhanuka has a strong background in technical support and engineering. Bhagyashree currently works at Zuora as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. Prior to this, they held the role of Lead Technical Support Engineer at Zinier.

Before transitioning into technical support, Bhagyashree worked at Infosys where they served as a Senior System Engineer and later as an Application Support Engineer. During their time at Infosys, they gained experience in writing quality PLSQL codes, analyzing codes for bugs, troubleshooting issues, and providing application support. Bhagyashree also handled tasks such as deploying codes on test servers, testing for any issues, and load balancing the Tomcat servers. Bhagyashree worked on various technologies, including JAVA, PL/SQL, SQL Developer 2000, and Oracle Reports. Their experience at Infosys spanned from September 2014 to November 2017.

Bhagyashree Dhanuka pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from KGISL Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2014.
