Tina Truong

Tina (Truong) O'Connor has a diverse work experience in various roles and responsibilities. Tina started their professional journey at Jhana in 2014, where they served as a Sales Operations Associate. During this time, they worked closely with the CEO to revamp the Salesforce system and implemented standardized workflows for different job functions. Tina also played a crucial role in identifying potential product enhancements based on client feedback.

In 2016, Tina took on the role of Business Operations & Product Manager at Jhana. In this position, they led a team of engineers and focused on making profitable business decisions aligned with the company's goals. Tina successfully oversaw a significant product backend overhaul that allowed for scalability while adapting to evolving market conditions and customer needs.

Following their time at Jhana, Tina joined CBS Interactive in 2017 as a ZDNet Product Manager. During their tenure, they owned the product strategy for ZDNet.com and significantly improved newsletter open rates through the implementation of a cross-functional task force.

Most recently, Tina joined Zinier in 2019 as a Senior Manager of Business Operations. In this role, they were responsible for driving strategic initiatives, including the creation of a sales development team and expansion into new markets and segments. Tina also oversaw the execution and operations of Zinier's digital experiences, such as websites, webinars, and paid digital campaigns. Tina successfully scaled the company's marketing programs and implemented lead and account engagement scoring, integrated campaigns, and multi-touch attribution.

Tina (Truong) O'Connor has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Legal Studies with a concentration in Law, Rights & Social Change from the University of California, Berkeley. In addition, they obtained a certification in PMC-III - Foundations, Focus and Build (Formerly Practical Product Management) from Pragmatic Marketing in July 2017.
