WHO YOU ARE:

A Director will oversee the PG India teams to meet operation, financial, and service requirements. You will be providing guidance to all managers to ensure smooth operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop and implement the overall strategy for the PG India team in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to continuously enhance the processes.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and training.
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess operational performance.
  • Streamline and optimize the end-to-end process to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
  • Implement technology solutions and automation where applicable to improve accuracy and reduce manual workload.
  • Establish and enforce quality assurance measures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of processing.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential financial and reputational risks.
  • Generate and analyze reports on processing metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership on the performance of the department.
  • Coordinating with other departments, such as finance, HR, and IT, to support operations
  • Preparing and managing budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Monitoring expenses and managing financial resources.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or a related field. Master's degree or industry
  • 15+ years of experience in life insurance / annuity, with 5 of those years consisting of leadership/people management.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, policies, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
