Jeff Schonert

Jeff Schonert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation and regulatory affairs within the financial sector. Currently serving as Head of Transformation for Insurance Platforms at Zinnia since September 2025, Schonert previously held significant roles, including Head of Digital Banking Operations and Customer Experience at Western Union, where operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction were markedly improved. At Revolut, Schonert led global regulatory affairs, managing relationships with key regulators and enabling market expansions. Additional experience includes managing risk and compliance projects at BNY Mellon and delivering transformative solutions for global banks during tenure at McKinsey & Company. Jeff Schonert holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a Master's degree in Physics from UC Santa Barbara.
