Kendall Murray

Kendall Murray is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Head of Learning and Development at Zinnia, Kendall has successfully restructured the team post-acquisition, transformed the learning culture to emphasize learner autonomy, and renegotiated vendor relationships to enhance employee engagement and reduce costs. Previously, at Policygenius Inc., Kendall developed a values-based leadership program and established a comprehensive learning management system. As Director of Learning and Development at Bandwidth Inc., Kendall created a Global Onboarding Program and facilitated the transition to asynchronous learning formats. Earlier roles at LogMeIn and Citrix included building award-winning coaching programs and leading sales training initiatives. Kendall holds a Bachelor of Science degree in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
