Kristi Faulkner is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in branding, marketing, and gender equity advocacy. Currently serving as the Head of Brand at Zinnia since January 2021, Kristi empowers insurers through innovative data technology. As an Organizer for TEDxColumbusCircle, Kristi collaborates with experts to refine their TED talks. A Senior Contributor at Forbes since June 2015, Kristi focuses on accelerated gender equality in business practices. Previously, Kristi co-founded Gender Fair and held marketing leadership roles at WOMENK!ND, where strategic communication aimed at enhancing women's engagement in business occurred. Early career experience includes executive roles at Words & Pictures, Grey Group, Young & Rubicam, Interpublic Group, and BBDO Worldwide, with a focus on creative direction for brands targeting women. Kristi holds a BA in Philosophy and Journalism from Texas State University.
