Divine began their career in 2010 with The Home for Little Wanderers as a Summer Intern. In 2011, they interned at The Castle Group. Moving forward, they worked as an Intern at Brigham and Women's Hospital from 2010 to 2013.

Divine then joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston in 2014 as a Co-Op and later worked at the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center as a Workforce Development Fellow in 2015.

In 2013, they started working at Northeastern University as a Residential Safety - Supervisor, where their responsibilities included access control of residence halls and providing assistance to residents and parents. They also monitored security breaches, emergencies, and maintained a special access list.

In 2018, Divine became an Operations Manager at Seaside Guest Services, where they oversaw operations in the hospitality industry.

In 2021, they joined New Hope Integrated Behavioral Health Care as a Behavioral Health Technician before transitioning to Zinnia Health. At Zinnia Health, Divine first served as a Regional Transportation Manager before being promoted to Director of Operations in 2023.

Divine Williams earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University, which they attended from 2012 to 2017. Before that, they completed their high school education at Madison Park Technical Vocational High School, where they received a diploma in Nursing from 2008 to 2012. Currently, Divine is pursuing a Master of Healthcare Administration degree in the field of Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Ohio University, a program they are expected to complete in 2022.
