Amaresh Ramaswamy

Amaresh Ramaswamy serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Draup since January 2022, focusing on AI solutions for talent management and sales outcomes. Additionally, Ramaswamy has been a Senior Advisor and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Zinnov and the Founder and General Partner at Z7 Capital since September 2020. Ramaswamy is a co-founder and board member of Wild Spades Corporation and holds multiple advisory and investment roles in various companies, including DIGITAL CFO, SpriveApp, EzCred Private Limited, and Curry Saga Private Limited. With extensive experience at Microsoft from 2002 to September 2020 as CFO, Ramaswamy managed a $1 billion P&L and led various strategic initiatives for growth. Ramaswamy holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, a Master of Science from the University at Buffalo, and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
