Gaurav Malhotra

Gaurav Malhotra has a strong background in strategy, business planning, and operations. Gaurav began their career in 2004 as an Executive at Zenith Exports Pvt. Ltd. In 2006, they joined Zinnov as an Associate Director, where they led the development of a subscription-based product platform called the Global Inhouse Centers (GIC) Accelerator Platform (G.A.P). Gaurav worked at Zinnov for 12 years and played a key role in driving business growth and expanding the consulting and advisory business.

In 2018, Gaurav joined Draup as the Head of Strategy and Business Planning. Gaurav led the development of an enterprise sales enablement platform that uses big data frameworks, machine learning models, and human curation to provide contextualized, actionable data and insights. The platform also included human capital optimization solutions.

Currently, Gaurav is back at Zinnov, where they hold the position of Partner and Practice Head for Japan Operations. In this role, they are responsible for driving the practice and business growth for Japan operations. Gaurav oversees P&L responsibility, customer relationship management, and account management for the Japan practice. Gaurav'smain areas of focus are accelerating globalization portfolios, driving digital transformation, and assisting companies in setting up and optimizing their global centers of excellence.

Gaurav Malhotra completed their Bachelor's Degree in Management from Bangalore University, from the year 2000 to 2003. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management at TA Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), Manipal University, from 2008 to 2009.
