Hani Mukhey

Hani Mukhey started their work experience in 2007 as an HR Analyst at Accenture. In this role, they were responsible for managing HR processes, building relationships with executives, and coordinating employee engagement programs. Hani worked at Accenture until 2010.

After leaving Accenture, Hani joined Genpact in 2010 as an HR Partner for a team of 500+ Analytics employees. Hani provided leadership for various HR interventions, including annual performance management. Hani held this position until 2012.

From 2013 to 2015, Hani served as an HR Partner for Learning & Development at Genpact. Hani collaborated with business and vendor teams to manage L&D functions and design programs for 1300+ CPG & Retail Analytics employees.

In 2015, Hani became a Senior HR Partner for the Advanced Analytics Lab & Analytics CoE Resource Management team at Genpact. Hani provided leadership for HR interventions and resource management for a team of 100+ Advanced Analytics Lab employees and 8000+ Analytics CoE professionals. Hani held this role until 2016.

From 2016 to 2018, Hani was promoted to AVP - HR - Global Analytics & Digital Practice at Genpact. Hani led HR interventions and organization development for a team of 1000+ Digital & Analytics employees.

In 2021, Hani joined Zinnov as a People Success Leader.

Hani Mukhey completed a B.B.A degree in Business Administration and Management from Patrician College of Arts and Science between 2004 and 2007. Following this, they attended XLRI Jamshedpur from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained an MBA degree with a focus on Masters in Human Capital Strategy.
