Jill Terrance

Jill Terrance has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. From 2019 onwards, they have been working at Zinovo as a Delivery Lead. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2019, they were a Salesforce Consultant at Slalom. In 2016, they briefly worked as a Scrum Master and Project Manager at UnitedHealth Group. Before that, from 2014 to 2015, they served as a Project Coordinator at Entrust Datacard, leading the development of a marketing program on Salesforce. Lastly, from 2008 to 2014, they held the position of Director of Operations at the Eden Prairie Soccer Club, overseeing the operations of a youth sports organization and managing large-scale tournaments and events.

Jill Terrance, CSM, holds a degree in Retail Merchandising/Business from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Jill has also obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance and as a Salesforce Certified Administrator from Salesforce.
