Kari Luehmann

Kari Luehmann, CEBS, serves as the Total Rewards Manager at Zinpro Corporation since November 2024. With extensive experience in benefits management, Kari has previously held senior roles at Sleep Number Corporation and Mystic Lake Casino Hotel, where responsibilities included the development and administration of health and welfare programs, project management, and compliance with regulations. Prior to their benefits management career, Kari gained sales experience as an Ocular Surface Sales Representative at Alcon Laboratories, enhancing brand presence and market share. Educationally, Kari holds a Master of Arts in Sports Management from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management from St. Cloud State University.
