Fernick John Nara has held various positions in the customer service industry since 2009. From there, they joined TASK US, INC. as a Customer Service Team Lead, where they were responsible for supporting the performance of the whole Account (LOB) and managing 10 Team Leads. In 2019, Fernick worked as an Operations Manager for FREE LIFESTYLE, INC. and as a Customer Service Representative for Amazon Operation Services Philippines, Inc. Fernick John currently holds the role of Account Manager at both Zintro and cyber 151. At Zintro, they engage with thousands of industry experts for project assistance or consultations on the Zintro platform.
