Gerri M. began their career in 2010 as a Team Manager at Sutherland. In 2014, they moved to ibex, where they held the roles of Quality Assurance Manager, Operations Manager, and Leadership Development Specialist. In 2022, they accepted the position of Project Manager at Zintro.

Gerri M. attended Davao Doctors' College from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
