Charles Kim

Charles Kim currently serves as Head of Zinus Korea and Zinus Group General Counsel, a position held since September 2020. Prior to this role, Charles held the title of Head of M&A Korea and Foreign Legal Consultant at Herbert Smith Freehills from November 2014 to September 2020. Earlier experience includes practicing as an attorney at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from 2012 to November 2014 and at Paul Hastings from October 2007 to August 2012. Charles holds a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Economics and International Relations, with distinction, from Stanford University.
