Gijs Kaal

Gijs Kaal currently serves as Teammanager Voeding & Logistiek at Zinzia Zorggroep since September 2023. Prior to this role, Gijs Kaal accumulated extensive experience at Rijnstate from December 2009 to August 2023, holding various leadership positions including Teamleider Facilitair Bedrijf and Hoofd Facilitair Bedrijf, overseeing a large team of facilitair assistenten and managing the cleaning maintenance and contract management for external suppliers. Gijs Kaal's career also includes a position as Teamleider huishoudelijke dienst at Alysis Zorggroep, where the focus was on operational management of cleaning services, and as Accountmanager at Gelre Schoonmaakdiensten, responsible for a region-wide team of 60.
