Mathilde de Graaff

Mathilde De Graaff is a seasoned healthcare manager with a diverse background in various leadership roles. Currently, as the Manager of the Gedeeltelijk Expertise Centrum at Zinzia Zorggroep since January 2020, Mathilde primarily oversees physiotherapists and additional health groups such as occupational therapy, speech therapy, dietetics, and quality nursing. Prior experience includes positions as Vertrouwenspersoon and Senior Clustermanager at ZGV from September 2018 to December 2019, as well as Acting Department Manager for the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Ziekenhuis Gelderse Vallei from November 2004 to September 2018. In this last role, Mathilde was responsible for areas such as innovation, client-focused care, human resources, financial management, budget oversight, quality policy, and organizational structure within the neurology and ENT units. Mathilde holds an M.B.A. from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a degree in Management in Healthcare and Welfare from HAN University of Applied Sciences, along with training in NLP from the Instituut voor PsychoEconomie.
