Thomas Hollmann has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Thomas is currently the Executive Director at the Center for Services Leadership since July 2018. Prior to this, they worked as the VP of Data Science at Zion & Zion starting in September 2017. Thomas also held the position of Clinical Associate Professor of Marketing at Arizona State University - W. P. Carey School of Business from July 2016 onwards. Before their academic career, they served as an Assistant Professor of Marketing at NC State University from July 2007 to June 2016. Thomas gained valuable industry experience as a PhD Fellow at IBM Research Almaden from 2005 to 2007. Thomas also worked as a Senior Director of Business Excellence at Sun Life Financial from 1996 to 2002. In addition, Thomas held various management trainee positions at Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom, Black & Decker, Xerox, and Mannesmann AG in the early years of their career.
Thomas Hollmann earned a Ph.D. in Marketing from Arizona State University, pursuing their education from 2002 to 2008.
