A. Scott Anderson

Aldon Scott Anderson is Executive Vice President of Zions Bancorporation and President and Chief Executive Officer of Zions First National Bank. Prior to January 1998 he was executive vice president of Zions First National Bank. Anderson has been an officer since 1990. He joined Zions Bank as executive vice president of retail banking. Prior to that, he spent 17 years with Bank of America in San Francisco, holding a number of positions, and also spent seven years working in Bank of America’s Asia Division, headquartered in Tokyo. Anderson received a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and economics from Columbia University and has a master’s degree in International Studies from Johns Hopkins University.
