Benton Carnahan

Benton Carnahan serves as the Director of Data & Cloud Technology Enablement at Zions Bancorporation since May 2017, bringing expertise in data applications, governance, and innovation in cloud technology. Prior to this role, Benton held multiple positions at State Farm, including Sr. Big Data Architect and Sr. Data Engineer in fraud analytics. Additional experience includes significant roles at Goldman Sachs in data solutions and engineering, earlier positions at State Farm and the Defense Logistics Agency, and foundational work with the United States Air Force. Benton is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Data Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Weber State University.
