Hillary Sybrowsky

Hillary Sybrowsky has extensive experience in organizational development, change management, and communications, currently serving as AVP, Business Program Manager at Zions Bancorporation since October 2009. In this role, Hillary drives organizational change for large projects affecting over 2,000 team members and collaborates with senior leadership to foster culture and lead transformations. Previous positions at Zions include AVP Communications Officer, Business Analyst, Project Process & Training Analyst, Organizational Effectiveness Specialist, Executive Assistant, and Human Resources Specialist. Hillary's career also includes experience at Westminster College as Lead Admissions Specialist and a campaign intern with March of Dimes. Hillary holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Westminster University and a certification in Learning Experience Design from Oregon State University.
